Payment Policy
A 30% non-refundable deposit is payable when you confirm your booking. The deposit can be paid to the villa owners’ UK bank account by electronic bank transfer or by debit or credit card. Charges will apply to all credit card transactions. Balance payment will be due to the villa owners' UK bank account 60 days before booked arrival date in Sterling. All bank and credit card charges will be borne by the payee. Owners reserve the right to request payment of a 10% service charge in addition to the normal tariff.
Cancellation Policy
30% deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations notified within 5 weeks of the arrival date will be liable to a further 50% charge of total booking fee. Cancellations within 2 weeks of arrival or cancellations notified within 7 days of arrival date or no shows all year round will be liable to 100% charge of booking total.
We recommend all guests take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen claim.
Currencies Accepted
Sterling and US Dollars.

Child Policy
Children are welcome but must respect the elements of delicate architecture.
Miscellaneous
Each bedroom sleeps two people. However, single additional beds can be arranged in each bedroom. The size of your party should not exceed 6 people (including children of any age).
